Terms/Requirements-
-$800/month with a 1 year lease
-$800 refundable security deposit
-$50/month flat fee for Water and Sewer
-Tenant pays garbage and electricity
-Most dogs allowed with additional $500 refundable deposit per dog
-$300 additional refundable deposit per cat
-Section 8 OK
-Bad credit may be OK (you will still be required to provide references, credit check, proof of income at 2.5-3 times monthly rent, etc. but we will work with you)
If you want to drive by the property the address is 1019 Woodlawn Ave. #B Everett, WA 98203. This unit is in a private location, and can not be seen from Woodlawn Ave, you have to either walk down the sidewalk from Woodlawn Ave, or drive around on the alley way to actually be able to see the unit.
